Executive Bio

Kushtrim Xhakli is a technology executive and serial entrepreneur with a proven track record of founding and scaling ventures across Europe.

He has launched multiple technology-driven companies spanning early software products, Internet of Things (IoT) in Finland and Estonia, renewable energy in Germany, and telecommunications and digital transformation in Lithuania.

From building early software products to architecting nationwide connectivity networks and developing hardware solutions, he is recognized for bridging high-level engineering with global commercial growth.

In his native Kosovo, he founded Trajnimi, the country’s first open e-learning platform, at a time when online learning infrastructure was still rare in the region, making it a breakthrough initiative. He later launched the government digital diplomacy initiative Digital Kosovo, which helped boost the nation’s global reputation, and established the Doku.Tech tech festival.
